Isaac is a Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy practitioner working in Exeter, Devon.
Isaac’s approach to psychotherapy focuses on the client’s experience in the present moment, meeting and exploring this with curiosity and empathy with a focus towards cultivating their capacity for autonomy, spontaneity and intimacy in their lives and relationships
Transactional Analysis is a modality of psychotherapy that looks at repeating patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving in our relationships with ourselves, the world and with the people in our lives.
The relational school of TA puts an emphasis on the nature of the relationship between client and therapist being a key part of the work.
Coming from this philosophy Isaac pays close attention to what takes place in the therapy room and what meaning this has for the clients’ life and relationships in the outside world.
